I understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however, as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated.

I am always at the end of the phone and happy to offer advice on any ridden or horse management issues, watch videos of competitions, help set targets and goals etc with clients FOC.

When riding horses, clients must ensure they are wearing hats up to current standard, suitable riding boots and clothing.

Horses must be wearing correctly fitted tack. For Cross Country riders must wear a body protector upto current standards and a hat with a flexible peak.

Current hat standards are listed below; Please note PAS 015 (1998) and Snell E2001 are no longer approved

 British and European: PAS 015 (2011) and VG1, all with BSI Kitemark

 American: ASTM F1163: 2004a onwards with SEI mark, Snell E2016

 Australia and New Zealand: AS/NZS 3838 2006 onwards with SAI Global mark

Clinics

The cost of sessions is dependant on the group size and cost of arena hire. Prices will be made clear on the website.

Places on clinics must be paid for at the time of booking via the website or link.

Please be aware that refunds can only be given if your space can be filled.

Any refunds given will be minus a 2% admin fee (This is just to cover my payment platform charges).

If a clinic has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given

Private Lesson.

Private lessons can be booked by contacting Becky to arrange a date, time and venue. Once booked, please confirm your booking by paying via the website at least 24 hours before your lesson.

Refunds will be given for cancellations minus a 2% admin fee as long as a minimum of 24 hours is given.

No refund can be given if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.

If a lesson has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.

Zoom/On line Courses

Courses should be paid for via the website to secure a place.

Zoom sessions will be recorded and sent to everyone on the course within 2 days of the session.

Handouts accompanying the zoom session will be sent out to everyone on the course.

Support with any of the topics covered, entering BHS assessments etc is given as part of the course.

If you have to miss out on a session you can watch the recording and I am happy to answer any questions you may have on the subjects covered.
